  1. Day 1 - 9 February Sunday Istanbul

    Upon your arrival at Istanbul Airport, transfer to hotel with your private vehicle. Free time..

  2. Day 2 - 10 February Monday Istanbul - Topkapi Palace - Blue Mosque - Hagia Sophia

    After enjoying your breakfast at our hotel, we depart from the hotel with our private vehicle and our tour guide. Our first stop is Topkapi Palace, The Palace is situated in one of Istanbul's oldest historic districts, located on the historic Istanbul Peninsula, nestled between the Marmara Sea, the Bosphorus, and the Golden Horn, also the palace is one of Istanbul's iconic landmarks. Built on a 700,000-square-meter area on the Eastern Roman acropolis in Sarayburnu. Topkapi Palace served as the administrative, educational, and artistic center of the empire for approximately four centuries, up to the 31st Ottoman Sultan, Sultan Abdülmecid. The Palace also served as the residence of the sultans, after the mid-19th century, when the dynasty moved to Dolmabahce Palace, Topkapi Palace was abandoned, but it has preserved its historical significance and value. Following our visit to Topkapi Palace, we will explore Hagia Sophia; The 1500 year-old magnificent queen of East Roman and Ottoman Empires will tell her story and so Istanbul’s... Blue Mosque; This Ottoman beauty from 17th century which is decorated with hand-made tiles saluting the Hagia Sophia and completing the view of Peninsula and then Hippodrome. After the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel.

  3. Day 3 - 11 February Tuesday Istanbul - Gallipoli

    After having breakfast at our hotel and checking out, we head towards Canakkale. Along the way, we make a stop in Gallipoli, where we visit the WWI site of the Gallipoli Battle and learn the somber story behind its war monuments. Following lunch in the city, we travel to Anzac Cove and visit the Lone Pine Memorial, it commemorates the 4.932 Australian and New Zealand servicemen who died in the Anzac area. Then, we continue to the Dardanelles, a narrow 60-mile-long (97 km) strip of water dividing Europe from Asia, and appreciate its centuries-old strategic significance. We'll stay overnight at our hotel in Canakkale.

  4. Day 4 - 12 February Wednesday Canakkale - Troy - Pergamon - Selcuk

    After having breakfast at our hotel, we set off with our tour guide to visit the city of Troy. With its 4.000 years of history, Troy is one of the most renowned archaeological sites in the world. It was discovered in the mid-19th century and became culturally important due to its profound influence on literary works and the arts for over 2 millennia. We then travel from Troy to Bergama, a famous town in Hellenistic and Roman times, known for its great library, where we have lunch at a local restaurant. Afterward, we visit the Pergamon Acropolis, concluding our tour of its magnificent temples, theaters, porticoes, gymnasium, and library. In the evening, we arrive in Selçuk, which is our next destination, and check into our hotel.

  5. Day 5 - 13 February Thursday Selcuk - Ephesus - Kirazlı Village

    After having breakfast at our hotel, we begin our day with a visit to the ruins of the ancient Greek city of Ephesus on the Ionia coast. The city was famous for its Temple of Artemis, which is completed around 550 BC and recognized as one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. The Temple was destroyed by the Goths in AD 268 during a raid. Within the temple's ruins, we will visit the Terrace Houses, the museum, the Monastery of St. John, and the library, built in AD 124 and once housing approximately 12,000 scrolls. After Ephesus, we proceed to Kirazlı Village, where we will have free time for lunch. The name of this settlement means "Cheery Village." We will take a peaceful stroll through its streets, enjoy the green scenery of olive and grape farms in the distance, and also have the opportunity to enjoy Turkish coffee at a local coffeehouse. At the conclusion of our tour, we return to Selçuk. We'll spend the night at our hotel.

  6. Day 6 - 14 February Friday Selcuk - Laodileia - Pamukkale

    After having breakfast at our hotel and checking out, we depart from Selçuk and travel to Laodikeia. Within this site lies the Laodikeia Church, one of the seven churches of Asia Minor. After exploring its ruins, we take a break for lunch in the village of Pamukkale. Then, we set out on a guided journey to explore Pamukkale and the ancient city of Hierapolis, established by one of Alexander the Great's generals for the purpose of utilizing the thermal waters in the area. We admire the extraordinary landscape of mineral forests, petrified waterfalls, and the terraced basins known as Pamukkale (Cotton Palace). We receive detailed information from our guide about these impressive natural formations and learn about the development of a complex canal system that transports thermal water to nearby villages and fields. In the afternoon, we have free time to relax and enjoy the thermal waters of Pamukkale as we wish to. At the end of our tour, we check into our hotel in Pamukkale. We'll spend the night at our hotel.

  7. Day 7 - 15 February Saturday Pamukkale - Termessos - Pamphylia

    After having breakfast at our hotel and completing the check-out procedures, we are heading towards Termessos. Termessos, located over 1,000 meters above sea level, is known as the Eagle's Nest. We visit the amphitheater and enjoy the impressive panoramic views of the Pamphylia region and the Taurus Mountains. In the late evening, we arrive at the beautiful seaside town of Antalya and check in to our hotel.

  8. Day 8 - 16 February Sunday Antalya

    After having breakfast at our hotel, we have free time. We can swim in the clear waters of Lara Beach, go shopping in Kaleici, visit the Archaeological Museum, and savor local flavors.

  9. Day 9 - 17 February Monday Antalya - Aspendos - Beysehir - Mevlana Museum - Konya

    After our breakfast, we depart from our hotel in Antalya. We make stops along the way to visit the ancient city of Aspendos in southern Türkiye. Ancient Aspendos, once ruled by Greeks, Persians, and Romans, was an important trade center. Today, many ancient structures have survived, including a basilica and the Aspendos Theatre, considered to be the best-preserved ancient theater in the world. From there, we continue our journey to the town of Beysehir for lunch and a visit to the 13th-century Esrefoglu Mosque. In the late afternoon, we arrive in Konya and visit the Mevlana Museum and Garden. The museum, which was once a lodge, now hosting a mausoleum known as the "Mevlânâ Tomb," the resting place of the 13th-century Persian poet, Islamic theologian, and Sufi mystic Jalāl ad-Dīn Muhammad Rūmī (or Mevlânâ). At the end of our tour, we check in to our hotel in Konya. 

  10. Day 10 - 18 February Tuesday Konya - Sultanhan - Derinkuyu - Cappadocia

    After having breakfast at our hotel, we set off for our journey. Our first stop is the Sultanhan Caravanserai which was Built in 1229. This place was an important lodging point along the Silk Road. Afterwards, we visit Derinkuyu, a place famous for being a hiding spot for Christians escaping the persecution of the Roman Empire between the 5th and 10th centuries. As we explore, we will see the new life created by people in this underground world, including cellars, rooms for food storage, kitchens, churches, stables, wine presses, and ventilation shafts. Then, we continue to our journey towards Cappadocia. Upon arrival in Cappadocia, we watch a Whirling Dervish performance, originally practiced as a weekly remembrance of God by the Mevlevi tekke community. This pure dance has been practiced since the 13th century as part of a Muslim ceremony to glorify God and seek spiritual perfection. It is also believed that while revolving from right to left, the dervish embraces all of humanity with love. After the performance, you'll have free time for dinner. We will stay at our hotel in Cappadocia for the night.

  11. Day 11 - 19 February Wednesday Goreme - Uchisar - Cappadocia

    After having breakfast at the hotel, we begin our Cappadocia tour. During this tour, we visit the Goreme Open-Air Museum, where vibrant painted cave churches carved out by Orthodox monks nearly 1,000 years ago can be found. From there, we take a hike in the region known as "fairy chimneys," which is listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Over the years, wind and rain have shaped the area into thin valleys, curved cliff faces, and pointed rock formations. The Cappadocians carved homes into the soft rock formations. In the afternoon, we visit Turkish Baths, see Uchisar Castle, or we can explore the main streets of the town on our own. After the tour, you'll have free time for dinner. We will stay at our hotel for the night.

  12. Day 12 - 20 February Thursday Cappadocia - Istanbul

    After breakfast and completing our check-out procedures, we set out for the airport. Upon our arrival at the hotel in Istanbul, you'll have some free time. We will spend the night at our hotel in Istanbul.

  13. Day 13 - 21 February Friday Grand Bazaar - Spice Bazaar - Galata - Istanbul

    After breakfast, we explore the iconic Grand Bazaar in Istanbul. With a specialist guide, we will hear about the Ottoman Empire's connections to the bazaar. The Grand Bazaar in Istanbul is one of the largest and oldest covered markets in the world, consisting of 61 covered streets and over 4,000 shops. The tour continues as we enjoy coffee, tea, and a chat with our guide in an old Ottoman inn. In the afternoon, we visit the atmospheric Spice Bazaar. Then, we go to Galata Tower, and our tour guide shares its story with us (we will see it from the outside). At the end of our tour, we return to our hotel.

  14. Day 14 - 22 February Saturday Istanbul

    After breakfast and completing our check-out procedures, we leave our hotel and have a transfer to the airport. Until our next journey, goodbye!

Accommodation:
• We would like to inform our guests who wish to stay in a double room and have made reservations based on the 'double occupancy per person' rate that, if they cannot find a roommate 60 days before the trip, they will need to pay the difference for a 'single room' or cancel the trip.
• Triple room accommodations are not available in every hotel. In hotels that offer this option, standard double/twin rooms are usually converted into triple rooms by adding an extra bed. In triple room accommodations, the third bed is not standard and may be a foldable or sofa bed.

• The flight recommended by SOFOS TOURISM for this trip is as above.
• SOFOS TOURISM does not perform seat selection, check in, boarding pass operations on behalf of the passenger.
• Airports and airlines have introduced a number of new rules. These rules must be followed unconditionally. In case of non-compliance, you may not be taken to the terminal or to the plane. SOFOS TOURISM is not responsible for any damages that may occur in such a case. The health and / or safety measures applied by the official authorities in the relevant country must be complied with by the participant, the participant who does not comply with the official announcements or practices in question may be banned from being included in the relevant part of the trip and / or route by the tour guide. The participant is directly responsible for all damages, losses and expenses incurred by SOFOS TOURISM in cases such as damage to the other participant due to non-compliance by the participant with the health and / or safety measures applied by the official authorities in the relevant country, and in cases such as part or all of the trip cannot be performed as specified herein, SOFOS TOURISM will be recourse to the participant by SOFOS TOURISM.

Visa:
• Participants are responsible for any damages arising from the failure of the relevant authorities to issue visas. SOFOS TOURISM makes no representations or warranties in relation to obtaining a visa and does not provide any guarantee in visa matters. In case the participant fails to provide the information, documents, forms and/or documents requested by the Visa Intermediary Organization and/or fails to comply with the instructions of the Visa Intermediary Organization, including the date of appointment or interview, no refund will be made in case the visa is obtained late, the visa period is less than the total tour duration and/or the visa cannot be obtained at all. Since obtaining a visa does not guarantee entry to the country in question, SOFOS TOURISM has no responsibility in case the participant is not accepted to the country within the tour and therefore no refund or compensation can be paid. In addition, the participant is responsible for the damages and losses that will occur in cases where the participant cannot start the tour for any reason, even against his/her will, such as being banned from traveling abroad for reasons such as tax debt, etc., and no refund will be made in such cases. The insurance to be made does not cover the failure to obtain a visa.
• Our guests whose participation in the trip is finalized should not change their passports after sending their passport samples to the Visa Brokerage Organization. Changes to the passports after they have been sent to the Visa Brokerage Organization without informing the Visa Brokerage Organization may cause problems in visa procedures, even prevent the visa from being obtained and put the participation in the trip at risk.
• Loss of the passport during the trip is the sole responsibility of the participant and SOFOS TURİZM does not accept any responsibility in such cases.
• SOFOS TOURISM cannot be held responsible for passport problems between the competent authorities and the person, such as failure to present the passport, cancellation or restriction by the competent authorities.
• Our guests who will participate in the trip must start their trip with the passport they present to SOFOS TOURISM during registration and must keep their passports until the end of the trip.
• SOFOS TOURISM does not accept any responsibility in case of using a different passport than the passport presented during registration for the tour. SOFOS TOURISM cannot be held responsible for any material damages that may occur. Even in such a case, SOFOS TOURISM will have recourse to the relevant participant for any damages, penalties and compensation that SOFOS TOURISM may incur.

Insurance:
• The trip price includes "Compulsory Package Tour Insurance" that protects the consumer against the bankruptcy of the agency and Overseas Travel Insurance, which includes Travel Cancellation Coverage up to 6,000 Euros against force majeure for our guests up to the age of 70. Guests aged 70 and over will benefit from this service by paying the difference specified in the services not included in the price section.
• Overseas Travel Health Insurance is valid between the start and end dates of the trip and covers health and treatment expenses up to 30,000 Euros worldwide in case of injuries and illnesses that may occur during the trip, except for the general exclusions in the insurance policy.
• Trip Cancellation Coverage is up to a maximum of 6,000 Euros, with a 15% exemption for visa refusal and 10% exemption in other cases for trips over 2,000 Euros. This exemption covers the cancellation of the trip due to the reasons specified in the insurance coverage.
• Flight tickets are not covered in travel insurance with cancellation coverage. No refund can be requested for tickets.
• It is important for the validity of the insurance that a certificate is issued as soon as possible upon booking/payment.

Important Notes:
• The countries to be visited within the scope of the travel program have set new rules in terms of tourism activities and are constantly updated. These rules must be followed. In case of non-compliance, there may be consequences such as a financial fine or inability to benefit from a service. In such a case, SOFOS TOURISM does not accept any responsibility.
• This insurance does not cover any epidemic-induced event, pandemic or disease risk and/or pre-trip cancellations due to quarantine and other restrictions.
• SOFOS TOURISM has the right to change the program schedule at any time due to external reasons.

General Information:
• The type of our transfer vehicles varies as Minibus, Midibus and Bus.
• Payments are made by credit card or money order and the entire balance is collected at the time of tour sale.
• SOFOS has the right to cancel the tour by notifying the participant in writing or by permanent data storage at least 30 days in advance due to the failure to meet the minimum foreseen participation.
• Our tour guides are employed in the light of the articles in the regulation on Tourist Guides Services.
• The consumer has the right to withdraw within 7 days from the signing of the package tour contract without any justification and without penalty.
• General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independent of the tour program.
• The duration of the trip is 13 nights and 14 days.
• During the tour, our guide may change the tour program according to unexpected weather and road conditions, provided that the specified program is followed as much as possible.
• During the tour, SOFOS is not responsible for any breach of the contract; in the event of the participant's fault, the unexpected and unavoidable behavior of a third party not involved in the contract performance process, force majeure, the occurrence of an event that the package tour organizer cannot foresee and prevent despite all due diligence.
• The information contained in this brochure is binding for the package tour organizer.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:
• In case of cancellation, "SOFOS CONSULTANCY AND TOURISM ORGANIZATION LTD ŞTİ SERVICE SALES CONTRACT TERMS" are valid.
• Those who make the first payment are deemed to have accepted the trip program and "SOFOS CONSULTANCY AND TOURISM ORGANIZATION LTD ŞTİ SERVICE SALES AGREEMENT CONDITIONS".
• For cancellations made by the customer up to 31 days before the start of the trip, 40% of the trip price will be deducted, for cancellations 30 - 16 days before the start of the trip, 65% of the trip price will be deducted, and for cancellations 15 days or less before the start of the trip, 100% of the trip price will be deducted. For trips with an Additional Protocol, the Cancellation and Refund Conditions of the Additional Protocol will apply.
• In case of cancellation, "SOFOS CONSULTANCY AND TOURISM ORGANIZATION LTD ŞTİ SERVICE SALES CONTRACT TERMS" are valid. Those who pay are deemed to have accepted the trip program and "SOFOS CONSULTANCY AND TOURISM ORGANIZATION LTD ŞTİ SERVICE SALES CONTRACT TERMS".

SOFOS TOURISM has the right to change the program at any time due to external reasons. 

Important Note:
SOFOS TOURISM is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is not obliged to fulfill special requests. It cannot be held responsible for time changes and delays that may be made by airline companies. There may be changes in the tracks according to the city where the plane will land. Times may change before the flight and all times must be confirmed 48 hours before departure dates. It is compulsory to have a passport valid for at least 6 months for trips abroad. SOFOS TOURISM reserves the right to change the tour itinerary when deemed necessary, provided that the content remains the same. SOFOS TOURISM reserves the right to change the hotel names provided that the category remains the same. The excursions specified in the programs can be made on a day other than the specified day / days due to some reasons. Excursions or tours that are not allowed by the local authorities for any reason are not allowed. SOFOS TOURISM cannot be held responsible for the failure of these excursions or tours. In 3-person rooms, there is an extra bed application and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed.
